What a great day for biking…or I should say, fat biking. I took a drive over to Grafton State Park today with my On-One fat bike. My plan was to ride an ~8 mile loop that I use for training rides. But when I got there and started to ride, it was just too much fun. 40 degrees, dry, and a bike that will go over and trough just about anything. No, the fat bike isn’t as fast as my Cannondale Scalpel, but it might be more fun to ride.
When I finished my planned ~8 miles, I took a left and rode the next trail…and then the next trail…and then the trails in the opposite direction. By the time I got back to the car, I had been out for nearly 3 hours. It was a fun day of mountain biking and being on a fat bike only enhanced the day of riding.
